[Semi-Open] A Nurse with No Name

After discarding a majority of anything that had some semblance of familiarity in her wardrobe, Compa found herself in a village on the outskirts of Eastern Planeptune.

Using spare credits, she took on the plain black long dress of ceremonial robes with a deep hood to conceal herself. She was nearly out of her home nation and as minutes ticked by, she knew she had to at least be across the border soon. There were a lot of places she could stop and hide once out of the boundaries of what was familiar.

He was about to pull his own final vent card out but thanks to G3 and Build, he was sent headlong into the barrage of gunfire! His staff sent flying for the moment. Remnants of glass and tile that was around him was nonexistent. He was thrown back out into the rainy front entrance by the force of the impact.

Making a scramble for her blade as the Rhino rears back some when his summoner is hit.

She takes advantage to send several slices across its form after Histoire's ice ball!

"Come on, everyone!"

Covering herself a bit as shrapnel, glass, and tile rain around them. Nepgear peering out at the downed rider before looking around to everyone else.

"I-is everyone okay?!"

"Oh my..."

Slow steps heard, looking from past where a trail of blood followed two guards, to the now chaotic scene before him.

"What a mess."

Peeking around his mirror beast with slumped shoulders before he heard Otoya speak, turning once his voice carried.

"Oi, look who's up and ready to stalk the night. A little late to the party. Your friend made quite the mess"

The sheer irony of the ending of that statement.

"Hikawa, nows your chance. Lock him up"

"I think we're okay. You couldn't have done that outside, Shuichi?! The Basilicom is a mess!"

Shoulders slumping. "The shares are dropping..." a glance to Nepgear, Purple Heart and Histoire knowing they felt it too.

"I-I'm fine...I just need a moment..." wings droop before she climbed up Hikawa's arm.

"Are you alright?" Blinking up at the crimson eye pieces.

"Otoya-san, thank goodness you're alright"

"Yes, they are, Neptune, unfortunately I think the reason may be laying outside"

Nodding and looking her over.

"I'm sorry I couldn't be of more help"

Choosing to cover more than to attack he hoped would leave the area in a better placement than it now was.

A sigh as he kept her easily hoisted.

"Ahh come on now. That was entirely too smooth. Despite what it may look like"

A headshake. Something was up, but he knew Asakura would be in a bind if he truly went all out on the group.

"Saa, Asakura-you alright there?" He walks over to his Goddess "And you? Share distribution amongst everyone is hard enough..."

"Feh" He mutters. Brushing himself off some and making to gather his staff.

"And you have the nerve to call me reckless~" an almost hiss at Kitaoka before turning his attention to Otoya.

"Yo. I still have something left if you'd like a round..." a more casual shrug

A sigh and shake of her head.

"I should be fine. Although I don't think that he's the whole reason why the shares took a plunge"

Her transformation breaking none the less. "Maaaaan. I am pooped!"

Her transformation releasing itself with a shatter of purple pixels.

Nepgear looking to her partner with wide eyes. Hoping he'd be some voice of reason in this mess.

"Hold a moment, Kitaoka-san..let's not agitate things further. Not only are shares dropping, but this sight is worse for wear."

Shaking his head.

"Thank you, Histoire~ I was playing for a small group until I received word...sorry for being late." He extends this apology to his partner as well with a small nod, regarding everyone else with a semi bow.

He hums, and glances to Ouja.

"Asakura. It's been a moment. I'll have to take you up on that, sometime. As much as I'd love to now, out of sheer curiosity..I believe it's best if we clear a few things." Approaching closer, a hand to his shoulder. He leans in..

"If you're here..then it happened, didn't it? Comply for now." Easing away out of earshot, he turns to everyone else.

"So. What will you do? He clearly wants information. Compa is like family to Neptune, and my darling beloved is her sister. By extension, Compa and Asakura are also, family. And we know how I feel about that.." Hands clasped together.

"Oh brother..." Eyes rolling from under his visor.

"Well, that's how this whole mess started, didn't it? Aside from him once again throwing a tantrum and resorting to murder"

Although he himself instigated. As usual, he's going to not mention that.

"Always such a way with words. You could learn a thing or two" elbowing Kitaoka.

"Ne ne. So! All we know is that...Compa ran off? That's the jist of when we arrived on the scene. Howwwwever!" A dramatic pointing to her younger self.

"Alright me! What happened exactly from the time Compa got here until she left?"

"Etto, we may have to address shares later. They can and will rise again as they always do. For now, Otoya-san is correct. We had the...uncanny privilege of knowing Compa her whole life. It is time we do...extend some semblance of peace for her sake as well as our own"

The oracle now perched on Hikawa's shoudler, a bit of a glance to Asakura and Otoya.

"Neptune, you need to be as accurate as you possibly can, and you too Asakura-san. You of all people understand that your time here is on a very thin sliver. This fighting has cost us all a lot of time that we could have spent looking for her"

[g3rider]

A shake of his head at Kitaoka. He'd been ignoring any comments about diving in to make an arrest or much else. This wasn't a common group of people, much less incident.

"Kitaoka...always so eager for justice, but what kind. And at what cost"

Rubbing Neptune's back, he'd kneel before her. "From the time she woke you up until she left with that man, what all went on? Were her mannerisms any different than usual?"

A very small nod to Otoya, his arms now crossed as he glared down at the rest of them, namely Histoire and Kitaoka.

"Hold on...Man? What man?" He spat out. Although unseen, his teeth gritted.


Several seconds pass as he tried to gain a decent-or for him decent enough amount of composure.

Again the thought of his nurse shrinking from his touch and avoiding his gaze had him right back to his usual temperament. If some mystery man did something to his woman...

"Go on, Neptune..." a slam of the base of his Cobra staff on the ground, almost in a final fashion.

"Yooou betcha! Compa is my best friend! I raised her myself! Er-part of me did! She took care of me when I had amnesia! Uh...how many times was it now?" A shrug.

"And mister meanie snake rider, you've always been looming over Compa like some weird...golem guy! But she loves you well enough, so!"

As everyone urged her to get to the point...

"Uhhh right! Compa got me up! We had breakfast. She even gave me a bath! We had more breakfast and uhhh oh yeah! The guy from 𝙶𝚊𝚖𝚎 𝚌𝚘𝚛𝚙𝚘𝚛𝚊𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗! Right right! He popped in! He seemed like he spooked Compa a little bit. She was very jumpy. He showed us these!"

Neptune brandishing a handheld out to everyone. "Compa has one too! She really liked the cool Knight game. I'm stuck on the fifth level--but! After I signed a deal with him to issue this sweet baby out in Planeptune he and Compa both left at the same time! More like she was trying to rush him out but yeah"

[candidatenepgear]

"Neptune, for the last time it's 𝙂𝙚𝙣𝙢 𝘾𝙤𝙧𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣, not game corporation!!" A shake of her head.

"If she was jumpy around this man, maybe she knew him?" A tilt of her head.

"..Hoh? Genm corporation."

Arms crossing.

"Sounds like a typical deal all overeager businessmen go for." But he can't deny, that the timeline of things happening..made him have a slight hunch to a potential correlation. He already knew, that in order for Ouja to be here..that that bit of 'information' had met Compa's eyes or ears. He had to speak carefully. For now, he plays up appearances. This was his chance to confirm the recent information breach attempt that had failed so miraculously.

Turning to Asakura.

"Well? Ring any bells? From Neptune's account, it sounds as if she knew him. Anything you can tell, would greatly help."

"Someone moving in on your territory, Asakura? I knew that girl had a bit of brains somewhere" a shrug.

"Maybe she ran off to elope with him?"

Of course another attempt at goading.

"I don't really see how an adult woman running off is our problem. She's well in her rights to do so"

Her face dropping and now she began to jab Kitaoka repeatedly. "Will you be quiet?! What are you doing!?"

"Ahm.." a sweatdrop. "We have the contract on file, Shuichi here when he was in a better mood found no flaws with it. It's a common business deal, so..."

[oraclehistoire]

"Abababababababa!!" The oracle vibrating and casting silence on Kitaoka.

"A-ahem! Asakura-san, when she came home what went on. And be as honest as...well, honest can be!"
