The swirling rift began to spit out Riders, Goddesses, and whomever else that got pulled through...

Arifore lands atop a tall steel building as she watched people fall around. Despite the mishap, she was pleased. The area looking like an odd and rundown city. Rusted cars sit abandoned in the streets. The air quiet before they showed up.

"Fufuu. How lucky. Hmm?" Glancing down to a gem inlaid on the top of her hand before her wrist started...it glints and gives a faint pulse.

As the others fell, they too would notice they had a gem on their hand as well. This would be something that would connect them to unlikely allies as they landed all around the area...
The stones matching one other person around them.

Red eyes narrowing, fishing in her attire for yet another trick up her sleeve and finding it. A spell scroll of sorts to have her teleport away from the area for now...

The breeze around causing him to faintly stir. A grunt left his lips with a bit of a wince...

Giving a low nod, as he spots them, finally.

"There.."

Feeling the other stir some, he only replies quietly.

"Try not to move too much." Trudging toward the others, a bit breathless but fine..no less.

"Thank goodness" breaking into a run toward them to cast a healing spell.

"We saw something in the distance that looked like a laser beam or something..." Shaking her head. "But it's only shot once, so-"

She didn't want to overload him with too much information.

Slow steps carrying her only halfway toward them. A head tilt. "Is he...good to continue?" Worry hinted in her voice.

"There's water not far. We can clean up, hopefully"

"What...you carrying me to my grave? Heh..." murmuring before he felt a wave of relief.

His eyes open to rove before looking to the two girls. He shouted off Kotaro's shoulder to stand at his full height with a sigh.

A scoff, as he eases off.

"If I have to carry you again, you might as well start digging mine."

A lighthearted quip, but he thumbs over at him.

"There's your answer. That laser you saw, maybe it's the other teams meeting. Or fighting more of those ugly bastards this world seems infested with. If someone or something, is close by..we should gather ourselves a bit and get ready for the worse."

Turning to Chika.

"And you. You stay close. And we'll get out of this one piece. Goes for you too." A knowing nod at Nepgear, motioning to Asakura.

"..There's gotta be a reason we were told to collect those shards. So let's grab em."

"I think there's too many distractions. The interfighting, discs, the monsters...it could be allowing the wrong people to see the shards out. Or expose people who have already collected them, if at all"

Crossing her arms with a faint blush, looking away from him.

"Hmph."

"As long as they're not in the hands of Arfoire...we should be alright"

He didn't meet his partner's gaze. His mind elsewhere. Calculating.

Arfoire mentioned a lot in her blathering. Those shards were promise of home. But now he truly had no home to return to.

"Lead us to the water" He'd demand promptly to the two girls. He could hear it nearby.

A promise of some normalcy would make get him a bit more...locked in.

"It's all not great, and screwed."

The very idea of collecting them to begin with didn't sit well with him, but there's not much choice.

"But..yeah. We'll keep an eye out if we hear or see any other commotion too. Let's go."

Rubbing his neck, he sighs and works his shoulders.

Following Chika, giving Asakura a kind glance...the area not looking a disaster-ridden as the more residential areas they were in prior.

"If this is world is a battleground of some kind, who started the battle to begin with?"

"Who cares who started it? Its the fact of the matter that we have not come across a living being that originated here! And monsters don't count!"

Chika pointing ahead when a slope lead them to a surprisingly clear river. The water rushing downstream to elsewhere. For now, she didn't care, she only wanted to get freshened up!

Breaking into a run toward the moving water.

"Whoever started it has good taste" speaking up finally with a chuckle after. His eyes alight with his usual sadistic expression.

"I'm sure the ones responsible have to be around somewhere. Or maybe...maybe they found another place to wreck"

Hands in his pockets once they came to the waterfront. Peering around, it seemed the coast was clear...
