The swirling rift began to spit out Riders, Goddesses, and whomever else that got pulled through...

Arifore lands atop a tall steel building as she watched people fall around. Despite the mishap, she was pleased. The area looking like an odd and rundown city. Rusted cars sit abandoned in the streets. The air quiet before they showed up.

"Fufuu. How lucky. Hmm?" Glancing down to a gem inlaid on the top of her hand before her wrist started...it glints and gives a faint pulse.

As the others fell, they too would notice they had a gem on their hand as well. This would be something that would connect them to unlikely allies as they landed all around the area...
The stones matching one other person around them.

Red eyes narrowing, fishing in her attire for yet another trick up her sleeve and finding it. A spell scroll of sorts to have her teleport away from the area for now...

"The disc? Child's play-or it was. Thinking on it now, the amount of people it transported must've been a reason it broke. Anyway, the disc was a monster spawning disc I modified with help from a Tome Fairy and some chaos share energy. It was a prototype, but seemed to do well"

"Chaos share energy..."

Turning to her, slowly.

"...Are you aware of what you done? In the slightest? THAT DISC. THAT MONSTER SPAWNING DISC!! Whatever it's components are capable of it's a spot piece for chaos share energy and the temporal fluxes that come at random—they must share the same make up as the disc, then the question is—what creates the chain reaction to temporal Fluxes so randomly and YOU."

POINTING.

"YOUVE NUDGED THE UNKNOWN!! Like a stick POKING at a beast!"

"This isn't a mere monster spawning—no no no no—the rift between space and time have been torn OPEN!"

Slams his fist nearby...out of excitement. Huffing. And panting..

"This...this adds layer to the game...yes...heh...~ Heh heh...~"

Red eyes just stare.

"Excitable, aren't you?"

Monitors flit between rider battles. She's appearing fixated on the one with Ryuki and Dapaan before her eyes tear away.

"Chaos shares is for the most part an untapped market. It's unpredictable nature has claimed lives of many. So much so that any rival nations that have been created have been destroyed by the energy alone"

A keen eye notices this for a brief moment, with a small brow raise. Hands upon his hips after collecting himself from his earlier 'moment.'

"It's nothing my superior intellect can't handle. I will harness and master it's influence, it's only expected of a natural born talent such as myself."

Smirking, he looks to the holo images with several Riders and goddesses, as if the gears in his head are turning..

A small noise of acknowledgement.

She'll definitely have to keep an eye on him...

Now more so studying the spawning creatures that have began their attack.

"It seems anomalies have fused to create fascinating creatures. Ha~"

“Fascinating isn’t it?~”

Arms behind his back, watching idly.

“The phenomena has been widespread through Gameindustri. But this is a much more intense result. The creatures of the world meshed with the ones of ours. Repeatedly, consistently..”

“And now this. So distorted it’s beyond origin. Perhaps other worlds monsters have even been added to the pool. When the main characters in a video game encounter stronger overall enemies, it’s either the sign of the end..or the sign of a new, more intense driven sequel~ Geheheh..”

She's looking forward to the despair. There are some already visibly unhappy campers they have.

Stress

Unease

Uncertainty

These all make for even the level-headed to potentially act out

While he studies the monitors, he can't help but study her as well. The variables in this situation would imply she is not alone either..

A thought for later.

For now, he reaches in his coat pocket, pulling out a tablet with a keyboard connected.

Sitting it down and revealing his Bugvisor to connect to it.

"Hm~" Smirking. It's time to detect any source of chaos energy he can utilize later..fingers busy typing away. "I'm utilizing my Bugvisor as a hotspot to detect spikes in energy. As the gamemaster I prefer to know things ahead of my players." Secretly...he's also, searching for Kurome's unique energy. Hidden anxiety he would never show outright.

Though while he's typing..he'll prod her a bit.

"Any history on the state of this universe? You didn't do all this, did you?~" Amused, and teasing..although he did have curiosities to this worlds downfall too.

Eyes linger on a monitor with her lips forming a smirk.

"This universe? Some. This was once a world where riders were for the better part harmonious. Game systems fell from Celestia due to two creation goddesses. Myself and one other. Riders began to harness the power, which I assume lead to this"

Gesturing to the ruins.

"Power corrups. Certain people wish to do good with that power. Other's...well"

Her attention back on the screen prior that interested her.

Musing over her words. It all makes sense now. The discs. The outcome. The history. The power stored here.

So this is the fate of this reality. A war over power, that the Riders helped initiate.

"So we're the problem after all. Mm..." Words that were more for himself, but spoken aloud.

His attention diverts to her, looking away from his screen as a CMD runs on his tablet.

"Someone's awfully invested~" Smiirk. "Why's that now.." Leaning in, intrigued.

Purple eyes dart toward him when he spoke, then back to the screen as sirens on the monitors that were spread out blared and chimed with the first elimination.

The victim's image crossing the screen for the moment before returning to the action.

"Good riddance. She was a pest anyway" a dismissive hand wave before she watched the Swamp Witch attacking Dapaan and expose his area to Ryuki.

"Hmph."

Leaning back in his chair. Amused. The elimination on screen earned a mixed reaction, but he tilts his head some..

"Aren't you forgetting something? So you do have a prized boy in this game. How unfortunate."

"Perhaps. But he knew the price for that kind of reaction"

Eyes remaining locked on the screen as Ryuki delivers a powerful attack.

"However, this sets things in motion. Gets people thinking perhaps that little buddy system they were attempting isn't worth much merit"

“How cutthroat of you.” Grinning~

“These are the nature of the game. And I suppose you wanted to sow that seed of doubt. Rattling players is a test of their willpower. Interesting. The stakes have now become /very/ real..”

Nodding with a small laugh that didn't meet her eyes.

A hint of remorse at losing her actual partner, but it was fleeing. She turned to face him fully.

"So it is. Not everyone here is a hero, and that proves that some are lose cannons without thought or restraint"

“It makes them interesting tools in the long run. But wildcards are a significant risk, that could compromise a grand vision.”

A final tap. Seems he’s found a familiar signal, much to his satisfaction.

“Still~ I’m enjoying the play by play..”

"As am I...although risks are part of anything is it not? A thrill of risk adds more enticing energy to the situation"

Looking to the fight between Ouja and Black Sun, before thw screen changes to Geats' team.

"Neptune..." her hand clenching into a fist.

Nodding slowly in agreement, he leans his fist to his cheek, now viewing the same. The aftermath seems to have hit them finally.

He then observes her reaction to merely seeing one of them.

“That one seems to strike a nerve in you in particular hm?”

"She's been a thorn in my side since her creation..." angrily huffing as the screen continues to cycle through to other groups.

"I will ensure her downfall here. There's no mistakes to be made now"

Grinning, he nods.

"Truly fitting. Let's hope not, ne? If need be, we may need to have a little fun of our own."

Hands behind his head wearing a smirk all the while.

"I desire to see the truth of what lies within the heart of Kamen Riders, the goddesses, overlords, it doesn't matter. When that truth is revealed of this world, how will they react? A facet that will shift the state of the grand game overall."
