Balding up his fist. It’s hard to explain: but rage and regret swelled in him. The entire reason he befriended this man was because what he saw in him was himself. Himself if he had not received the help he needed during his times of loss and the culling of kaijin. Or the heinous mutilations of experimentation undergone as a child. Him without people to rely on. This man, was a reflection of what could have been.
