"Like I care. I don't want a damn partner-" He'd sharply turn when Nepgear moved toward them. Eyes narrowing.

"Oi where's-" his gem blinks and flashed once she got close, causing him to withdraw with a glare as if he was burned. (He wasn't.)

"Help what? Dammit-" too much too soon too fast.

Eyes flit to see if his nurse was on the monitor. Not so far...he doesn't know if he should be thankful or worried.
