Pushing up his glasses with a finger. The Sun beating down on him a fair bit as he took a moment to peer around, regain bearings perhaps.

"You're correct on that account. However, we have a ways to go..." a sigh. "Let's keep going"

"Don't worry. We'll make it" determination setting in for him, although he hadn't been in this kind weather in some time

"Mhm, I have you with me~" softly smiling at him.

That gave him a bit of an awkward pause. He would nod with a bit more determination.

A soft smile of assurance before a gust of wind knocks her footing a bit.

He'd hold onto her with a bit of firmness. "Mina-chan..." taking point to try to block some of the wind.

"It's alright!" A wave of her hand to him before her hand found his to keep hold.

Immediately as the portals appear before them, he placed himself between them and her, scowling some as a few figures emerge.

A summon of her staff, tapping it to the ground to create an ice wall between them and their emerging enemies

A flash of his tiger themed advent deck in the shimmering ice.

"Henshin!"
His axe in hand after his transformation cover him. He'd flip over the ice to deliver wide swings of his weapon, catching several enemies that ran headlong into the ice wall

Conjuring a massive snowstorm with large chunks of ice to pelt their enemies, slamming down around their allies

Pulling his axe free from one monster, he would momentarily glance around them at the other riders with some curiosity before hurling his weapon at the back of another monster to have it collapse.

"Watch out!"

Spinning her staff to smash one in the head, knocking it away from him

"Arigatou-"

His hands now the long clawed gauntlets. He would slash several having them fall in literal pieces at his feet.

"Keep close to me!" Bringing up a wall of ice several foes smash into. Icy shards sticking into their skin.

Several swings of his axe have more fall before the large shadow caught his attention.

"Mina-chan"
